- United States: We offer free shipping within the U.S. via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times vary but typically range from 3-7 business days.
- International Shipping: We are currently not offering international shipping through our site. If you would like to place an international order, please visit my shop on Etsy at Evolved Essentials.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly send you the correct item.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can be canceled or modified within 12-24 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing your order and cannot make changes.
